METHOD

There is no process imposition (i.e. the coach will not have a pre-defined process or set of questions for any coachee) There is no content imposition (i.e. the coach will not discuss and/or challenge the coachee’s beliefs nor suggest solutions, procedures, techniques) This will result in full respect of the organization, of the individual and in no need for sensitive information disclosure Through techniques based on latest scientific descoveries on neuro-science, coachee will learn to have access to high performance states (as opposed to inducing or recalling “replicable behaviours”) The change will be self-produced and generative of high performance whenever needed This will result in having highly creative people able to find the best solution when needed as opposed to efficient robots with pre-defined solutions.

Who is Elena

She is a Business Consultant and Coach focused on enhancing performance of Top Executives and their teams, enabling them to deliver the most profitable results. She has been developing her unique techniques during the last two decades while managing hundreds of people, first as Worldwide Commercial and Strategic Marketing Director, taking charge of start-ups and leading subsidiaries and personnel around the world for multinational Companies, then turning to consultancy at the beginning of the new Millennium. During her stay in a hospital with her life at risk, she got fascinated by the results one can achieve just activating one’s natural inner resources to survive and prosper. She decided she wanted to operate exclusively in making others have access to their immense potential and today she coaches Top Executives and a few sport professionals. She strongly believes that people can deliver much more than they usually do, in their workplace as much as in their private life, and that there is a “different” way to do things that will allow people to excel in what they do in a natural, effortless way. She started in the middle of the 80s getting interested in disciplines directed to the quick access to human resources and potential to perform. Her cultural background as a linguist and philologist (Doctor Thesis Magna cum Laude on English Political Propaganda in Middle Ages), strengthened her attention on communication. She studied with the best teachers all over the world, has three Master degrees in coaching and clinical Hypnosis and scanned many disciplines until she developed her unique techniques that can be applied anywhere where there is human interaction and growth potential.
